We optimised a parking sensor. The classic L-antenna had to give way. Instead, we integrated a magnetic loop antenna directly into the circuit board.
The result is convincing:

2. No more hand effect
3. Zero additional costs
The technical details:
- Works for 868/915 MHz (LoRa) and 2.4 GHz (Bluetooth)
- Outperforms electric chip and PCB track antennas
- Efficiently uses existing copper tracks

- Less susceptible to detuning by surrounding objects
- Ideal for confined spaces
- Simplified production without additional components
This solution is particularly suitable for LPWAN applications such as LoRa, Sigfox or Mioty. It offers superior performance whilst reducing costs.
