KK Prime – Engineering Wireless Excellence

KK Prime works closely with Antennity, acting as its external Business Development Partner. Together they develop proprietary Antennity antennas and bespoke antenna systems tailored for IoT developers worldwide. This partnership combines KK Prime’s deep antenna and hardware expertise with Antennity’s network and market insight — creating customer‑focused, high‑performance solutions for complex IoT and wireless applications.

From Custom Antennas to Complete IoT Devices

Beyond custom antenna design, KK Prime provides end‑to‑end RF development — from chip‑level modules, RF amplifiers, filters, and diplexers to complete IoT device development. Every stage is executed with precision, efficiency, and measurable performance.

A prime example is the 5G NTN Cattle Tracker developed for Digitalanimal (Spain) — a showcase of perfect engineering workflow:

  1. Started with an evaluation kit using an Abracon loop antenna (690–2700 MHz), fully tested for return loss and radiation pattern.
  2. Developed the custom plastic enclosure, simulated in CST with loop antenna, battery, and solar cell under various real‑world conditions — standing and grazing cattle on both dry and wet meadows.
  3. 3D‑printed the enclosure and built a minimal PCB to compare simulation and physical measurement.
  4. After successful TRP validation, the full PCB with all components was assembled.

The result: Deutsche Telekom’s 5G NTN Antenna Award — and the world’s first IoT device with Skylo TRP Type 1 Certification.

Innovation Beyond Boundaries

The second development series illustrates the diversity and innovation in K&K Prime’s antenna engineering:

  • Miwire received a rotatable multi‑antenna system, including a high‑gain Vivaldi 4G/5G antenna and a dual 4G/5G MIMO configuration using four Antennity loop antennas plus  circular planar spiral antenna covers 630 MHz to about 18 GHz, with a working range at NTN legacy, 5G NTN, 6G NTN and GNSS.

  • A compact Bluetooth array antenna was developed for indoor positioning.

  • The Wi‑Fi / LoRaWAN hub  highlights how loop antennas can be easily re‑oriented for optimal performance.

  • A flex PCB in a radiator thermostat demonstrates how loop antennas can be elegantly curved and integrated into compact devices.

Shaping the Future of Intelligent Connectivity

Close collaboration delivers more than engineering — it delivers complete, award‑winning IoT systems that unite precision RF design, simulation expertise, and real‑world validation.
From concept to certification, every product reflects one clear mission: Turning antenna innovation into connected reality.
